The building has a total of 61 rooms. It has air conditioning, a foyer with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift, café, restaurant, WLAN Internet access (for a fee) and room and laundry services (both for a fee). There is also an excellent meeting room which holds up to 50 people. The meeting room is especially recommended for seminars and business meetings and features all the necessary audio-visual equipment to assure the success of any event. Likewise, the restaurant can be reserved for business meals. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the garage (for a fee).
